A Korth PRS 1911 in the uncommon 4¼-inch configuration, chambered in 9mm. German-built with signature dimpled slide serrations, a bull barrel, and an integral accessory rail.
Korth built its name on revolvers held to tolerances most makers never bother chasing, and the PRS is the company turning that same obsession loose on the 1911 platform. This one wears the 4¼-inch barrel, a length you rarely see on the PRS. Most leave the factory in the longer rail-gun configuration, so a shorter slide like this one stands out the moment you pick it up.
The build is unmistakably Korth. The slide carries the company's signature dimpled cocking serrations, deep round depressions that read more like jewelry than utility, paired with conventional vertical grooves at the rear. A bull barrel sits behind a recessed crown, and the muzzle end of the slide is sculpted with that distinctive stepped profile. Look closely at the dust cover and you'll find an integral accessory rail machined directly into the frame, with Waffenfabrik Korth Germany rolled along the side.
Chambered in 9mm, it feeds from a steel magazine with witness holes numbered to ten. The frontstrap and mainspring housing wear an aggressive raised stippling that matches the slide texture, while the grip panels are warm checkered walnut framed in beaded borders. A skeletonized trigger, beavertail grip safety with memory bump, and bobbed hammer round out the controls. Finish is a satin charcoal that leans gray in the light, contrasting against the bright stainless barrel, plug, and bushing.
The pistol shows excellent throughout with crisp edges and no meaningful wear. It comes with the Korth presentation box, the safety manual, a spare magazine, and the branded Korth lanyard. For a collector who already understands what separates Korth from the pack, the short-barreled PRS is the kind of variant you don't get many chances at.
