Colt Single Action Army Engraved by Giuseppe Forte

Most engraved Single Action Armys lean on case coloring and bright nickel to carry the work. This one does the opposite. The whole revolver wears a deep, glassy blue, and the scrollwork is cut straight into that dark steel, which means the engraving has to earn its place on its own. It does. Giuseppe Forte signed this piece, and his name is worked into the backstrap beneath a gold-inlaid eagle, the kind of detail you only notice once light catches the grip frame.

Fully developed foliate scroll wraps the frame, the recoil shield, the barrel flats, and the loading gate, with gold line borders defining the barrel address and gold accents punctuating the trigger guard and grip frame.
