A hand-built Korth Classic revolver in .357 Magnum with a 6-inch ventilated-rib barrel. Deep black finish, gold accents, and signed Jim Wilson target walnut grips.
Korth builds revolvers the way a Swiss house builds watches, one at a time, by hand, with tolerances most factories never bother chasing. This Classic wears a 6-inch barrel and a deep black finish that reads almost wet under the light, the kind of polish that only comes from hours at the wheel before the bluing tanks ever see the steel.
It's chambered in .357 Magnum, the caliber that built Korth's reputation on the European target circuit. The long barrel carries a ventilated rib and ribbed flanks that break up the mass, and the forward weight settles the muzzle exactly where a target shooter wants it. Up front you get a serrated ramp, and the rear sight is a fully adjustable target unit. The cylinder release sits as a red-capped button at the rear of the frame, a Korth signature you won't mistake for anything else.
The gold accents do a lot of the talking here. Trigger, hammer spur, screws, ejector rod, and the cylinder gas ring all wear it, and against the black they pull the eye without tipping into costume. Korth has always known where to stop with this sort of thing.
The grips are the detail worth lingering on. Hand-shaped target walnut with sculpted palm swells and finger grooves, signed Jim Wilson on the right panel and carrying the Korth name. The grain runs warm and figured, a counterweight to all that cold steel and gold.
The frame is rolled Korth Germany Waffenfabrik on the left side, and the barrel carries the .357 Magnum marking. It comes in the factory Korth case with both instruction manuals, the cleaning tool, and the branded accessories. For a collector who wants a German wheelgun that shoots as well as it shows, this one sits at the top of the list.
