A custom Jaspé FUSION Beretta 92FS in 9mm, finished in swirling case-hardened color. Carbon fiber grips with mother-of-pearl inlays and the Beretta PB medallion.
Start with the finish, because that's what stops you. The frame and slide on this 92FS wear a swirling case-hardened color that runs through deep blues, charcoals, amber, and iridescent purples. It's the kind of bone-and-charcoal coloring you usually see on fine double guns and Single Action Army frames, not on a modern Italian service pistol. Every flat was polished out before hardening, and the result reads almost like oil on water depending on how the light hits it.
The slide carries the full BERETTA rollmark and the 92 FS designation, with the Beretta USA Corp address on the dust cover and the Italian Gardone V.T. proof on the right. So the host gun is the genuine article, a 9mm short-recoil 92FS with the open-slide architecture the model is known for and Beretta's familiar slide-mounted safety with the red decocker dot.
The grips are where the Jaspé build gets its name. Each panel pairs woven carbon fiber against a center inlay of mother-of-pearl, with the Beretta PB monogram medallion set into the nacre. Carbon weave on one half, shifting nacre on the other. It's an odd pairing on paper and it works in the hand.
Worth noting: the smaller controls have been left in black to anchor the color. The trigger, hammer, safety lever, slide stop, and magazine release all sit dark against the case colors, and the barrel crown is polished to a clean blue-black.
The pistol ships in a leather presentation case with a suede-lined lid, a carbon-wrapped cleaning tool, the original Series 92 manual, and a spare magazine. For a buyer who already respects what the 92 platform is and wants something no factory line ever produced, this is a display piece first and a shooter second.
