An Alice Kustoms firearm begins with another maker's platform. Modern Warriors describes the label as its custom Cerakote shop and identifies Staccato pistols and Q rifles among the one-off finished firearms offered as "Kustom Exclusives." The same page separates ready-to-ship pieces from coating services for customer-supplied firearms, suppressors, and accessories. On the available evidence, Alice Kustoms is a finishing and customization imprint rather than the original designer of the underlying actions.

The first firm chronological point appears in the federal trademark record. Modern Warriors, LLC claimed first use and first use in commerce on 4 June 2024 for the ALICE KUSTOMS mark in connection with firearms and with decorative and protective coating services for firearms and firearm accessories. That date establishes the claimed commercial use, not a formal founding or incorporation date; the founding year, therefore, remains unconfirmed.

The relationship with Modern Warriors is explicit. Modern Warriors reports that its own business began in 2013, while the United States Patent and Trademark Office identifies Modern Warriors, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, as the owner of ALICE KUSTOMS. The federal record gives the owner's address as 144 East 2580 South, St. George, Utah 84790. It does not establish that all Alice Kustoms finishing or manufacturing occurs there.

For collectors, the relevant distinction is between the underlying firearm and the later finish. Alice Kustoms offers one-off coated firearms and custom services, but the available official material does not establish a proprietary model family, a fixed technical specification, a serial-number sequence, or a recurring edition. A defensible catalog record should therefore preserve the original maker, model, serial number, and factory configuration, together with dated documentation of the Alice Kustoms work.

Modern Warriors filed the ALICE KUSTOMS federal application on 21 July 2025. [2] The mark was published for opposition on 20 January 2026 and registered on the Principal Register on 10 March 2026 as registration number 8165725. The registration covers firearms and specified coating services; it does not, by itself, verify a founder, a separate corporate history, or a proprietary firearm design.
