A Phoenix Trinity H-Pro double-stack 2011 pistol chambered in 9mm with a patented linkless barrel system. Finished in black DLC with a Trijicon SRO-ready optic cut, fiber optic front sight, and an aluminum Pro EVO grip.
The Phoenix Trinity H-Pro sits near the top of the modern double-stack 1911 world, and it's easy to see why once you handle one. Phoenix Trinity builds nearly every part of this pistol in-house at their Florida shop, and a single gunsmith fits each gun from start to finish. That kind of attention shows up in the slide-to-frame fit, the trigger, and the overall feel of the gun in hand.
This example is chambered in 9mm and built around Phoenix Trinity's patented linkless barrel system, which swaps the traditional 1911 link for a locking block. The barrel measures 4.78 inches and pairs with a 5-inch frame, giving the gun a full 8.25-inch overall length and a 6.5-inch sight radius, plenty of room to work with for fast, accurate shooting. The trigger breaks around 2.5 pounds, crisp and short, exactly what you want on a gun built for both competition and carry.
Up top sits a Trijicon SRO red dot, mounted on Phoenix Trinity's own optic plate system with co-witness capability, so you can run the dot alone or fall back on the fiber-optic front sight and iron rear sight if needed. The slide wears deep, aggressive serrations front and rear for confident manipulation, and the whole package is finished in a black DLC coating over Type III hard anodize, tough enough to handle daily carry or a steady diet at the range.
The grip is where Phoenix Trinity's Pro EVO module comes in: it's fully machined from aluminum, with a fine diamond texture, and shaped with a palm swell that fits the hand nicely. An ambidextrous, shielded thumb safety rounds out the controls, a small detail that matters if you shoot from either side or just want a safety that won't snag.
Two 19-round MBX Defender magazines come standard, giving this pistol a real edge in capacity over a traditional single-stack 1911 without giving up any of the fit and feel collectors and shooters expect from the platform. It's a gun built to be used, not just admired.
