Nighthawk Customs Counselor

The Nighthawk Custom Counselor is a compact, single-stack 1911. It uses a shortened Officer-size aluminum frame. Nighthawk introduced the model in 2019 as a light carry pistol, built under its one-gun, one-gunsmith method. Its key feature is the patented Flush-Fit Magwell. Nighthawk cuts the frame shorter, then fits a front-loading magwell that restores the removed length. It does not extend below a standard Officer frame.
This pistol matches the standard iron-sight layout shown in current factory specifications. The photos show a dark finish and a flush-cut bull barrel. For a collector, the appeal is clear but specific. The Counselor was a new design for 2019 and an original member of Nighthawk’s Ambassador Series.
