A complete Janz JTL convertible revolver system with three roll-marked barrel and cylinder assemblies in .454 Casull, .44 Magnum, and .357 Magnum. Mirror-polished stainless, fitted with rosewood target grips and a full factory tool kit in a fitted case.
Most modular revolvers ask you to live with one caliber. This Janz JTL hands you three. Built by Janz Präzisionstechnik in Malente, in the far north of Germany, it's a quick-change system that swaps barrel, cylinder, and crane in minutes and turns a single frame into three distinct guns. The frame flat carries the JANZ JTL Präz. Feinmechanik Malente/Holst. Made in Germany roll mark, and the rosewood target grips wear the brushed copper Janz medallion.
The three barrel assemblies are roll-marked right on the rib. JTL .454 Casull in a 6 inch length, JTL .44 REM MAG at 5 inches, and JTL .357 MAG at 4.25 inches. Each barrel pairs to its own polished cylinder, the .357 unit running a wider count than the big-bore pair. The fit is the point here. Every barrel threads to the frame on a captured collar, the cylinders index tight, and the lockup returns to the same place whether you're shooting mild .357 wadcutters or full-house .454.
The finish is a mirror polish across the stainless flats, broken by satin-bead sides on the barrel shrouds and a vented top rib feeding an adjustable target rear sight. Look down the muzzle and you see the deep, clean rifling and the dual gas-port relief Janz machines into the crown. The bores are bright.
The case is the other half of the story. A fitted aluminum-frame attaché holds the assembled .454 gun, both spare barrels, all three cylinders, the cylinder removal tool, the barrel wrench, the takedown press, hex drivers, and the Janz medallion tin. Every piece drops into its cut.
For a serious revolver collector, the appeal is simple. You're holding a complete three-gun shooting system that almost nobody else owns, finished to a standard most factories never attempt.
