Vudoo Gun Works built its name on rimfire precision, machining bolt actions and barrels tight enough to satisfy the pickiest bench shooters. When the St. George, Utah, shop turned its attention to pistols, first with the single-stack Möbius and then with the Priest, that same obsession with fit came along for the ride. The Priest 4.25 is the commander-length version of that flagship, a 2011-pattern double-stack built for carry and competition instead of just a case at the range.

This example wears a uniform graphite-black finish across the slide and frame, with the same dark tone carried through to the small parts and grip. The frame follows Vudoo's hybrid layout: a nitride-treated steel fire control section mated to a machined aluminum grip module, so you get steel durability where it matters and a lighter, more compact grip everywhere else. The Voodoo Hybrid Texture pattern on that grip bites into your hand without feeling like sandpaper, and the flared tactical magwell speeds up reloads when the timer is running.

Up top sits a factory-milled optic cut carrying a Trijicon RMR, sighted low enough to co-witness with the irons, so a dead battery never means a dead sight picture. The 4.25-inch match-grade bull barrel features a flush-cut muzzle, keeping the profile clean without any protrusion past the slide. An ambidextrous slim safety and a skeletonized flat-face trigger round out the controls, both cut for a shooter who wants speed without giving up feel.

The Priest platform runs STI and SVI-pattern magazines, which open the door to 19- or 22-round options depending on your state. This one ships with two 19-round magazines, giving you a real head start before you ever load a spare.
