This is the short action Cross Sawtooth. It comes in .308 Winchester with a 16-inch barrel or 6.5 Creedmoor with an 18-inch or 24-inch barrel. The carbon fiber barrel keeps the weight down while staying stiff, and it's threaded 5/8-24 with a 90-degree shoulder. A heavy-profile radial brake comes on the rifle and cuts felt recoil by up to 45 percent.
The stock folds and adjusts, and it uses an AR-compatible, reduced-angle grip that's comfortable for prone and bench shooting. The trigger is a two-stage adjustable match unit, set between 2.5 and 4 pounds.
The handguard is free floating with M-LOK and ARCA mounting, plus dual sling points, so it works well with modern bipods and tripods. A 20-MOA Picatinny rail gives extra elevation for long-range shooting. The rifle feeds from AICS-pattern magazines, and SIG includes one 5-round polymer magazine.
