Look closely at the slide and frame on this Korth PRS and you'll see something most 1911-pattern pistols never attempt. The flats aren't checkered or serrated in the usual sense. They're covered in raised hemispherical dimples, machined into the steel in tight diagonal rows, a texture Korth uses across the gun for grip and for looks. Run your thumb over it and the intent becomes obvious. This is a pistol built by a company that made its name on revolvers so precise they became the benchmark for German handgun work.

The layout follows the 1911 it descends from, but Korth reworked nearly every surface. The 5 inch match barrel feeds .45 ACP and gives you a long sight radius, helped by an LPA fully adjustable rear sight machined for windage and elevation. Up front sits a skeletonized trigger, a beavertail grip safety with a black duckbill, and a magazine release set into a frame that carries the full Waffenfabrik Korth Germany roll mark down the dust cover. That dust cover runs the full length and integrates an accessory rail.

The grips are the detail people fixate on. Blue anodized aluminum panels drilled with a honeycomb of holes over black rubber, framed by stippled stainless front and backstraps. They lock the hand in place and shift the balance forward.

The satin stainless finish carries high-polish breaks along the slide edges and barrel crown. A red anodized barrel weight rides in the case, letting you tune muzzle behavior for slow fire or competition.
