A pre-V Series Glock G19X chambered in 9mm, pairing a full-size G17 frame with a compact G19 slide in factory coyote. Complete in the original case with Glock Night Sights and three magazines.
The G19X started life as a contender. Glock built a coyote-colored pistol for the U.S. Army's Modular Handgun System trials, and while SIG's P320 won the M17 contract, Glock didn't shelve the design. It brought it to the public at SHOT Show 2018 as the G19X, the company's first crossover pistol.
The idea is simple. Take the full-size G17 frame and pair it with the shorter G19 slide. You get a full grip for a steady hold and 17 rounds in the mag, with a slide that carries and points like a compact. It sounds like a parts-bin mashup. It isn't. In the hand, it just feels right.
This was also the first Glock with a factory-colored slide. The coyote tone runs from muzzle to grip, and the slide is finished with an nPVD coating for corrosion resistance. Black controls and steel Glock Night Sights give it a clean contrast that looks all business.
Under the surface, it's pure Gen 5. There's the Glock Marksman Barrel, an ambidextrous slide stop, a flared magwell, a grip with no finger grooves, and a lanyard loop at the base. The factory label lists a 5.5 lb trigger.
Here's what makes this one worth a second look now. In late 2025, Glock retired most of its legacy lineup and replaced it with the V Series. The G19X lives on as the G19X V, but this example predates that change, and its slide carries no V mark. If you want the original Gen 5 crossover Glock first built, new examples aren't coming back.
It arrives complete in the coyote factory case with three magazines, two with +2 extended basepads. Backstraps, a loader, a cleaning rod, a bore brush, and the factory paperwork round it out. Clean, sharp, and ready for the safe or the range.
