The Cadex CDX-50 Tremor is a Canadian-made bolt-action precision rifle chambered in .50 BMG or .416 Barrett. It has a tool-free folding stock and a DX2 Evo trigger.

The action uses a four-lug bolt with a 50-degree throw, which keeps the bolt stroke short and smooth for a rifle of this size. Barrels are Bartlein match grade, with lengths from about 20.6 to 40 inches and twist rates matched to each caliber. The muzzle is ready for a brake or a suppressor, and the rifle ships with a muzzle brake.
The stock folds without tools, which is a big help with a rifle this long. It adjusts for length of pull, cheek rest height and recoil pad height, so it can be fitted to the shooter. A full-length dual top rail comes in 20, 40 or 60 MOA versions, giving plenty of room for a scope and night vision.
The trigger is Cadex's DX2 Evo, which can be set to single or two-stage and adjusts from 1.5 to 2.5 pounds. Cadex offers a five-round magazine or a single-shot option.
Depending on caliber and barrel, the Tremor measures roughly 43 to 62.5 inches long and weighs about 22.7 to 30.5 pounds. The finish is military-grade Cerakote in more than 16 colors.
