A modern, compensated Glock-pattern pistol built by Agency Arms with the NOC Island barrel system and an integrated sight tracker. Chambered in 9mm and cut for the Agency Optic System, it ships with three magazines fitted with Agency +5 basepads.
Agency Arms built its name doing one thing really well: taking a Glock and making it shoot better. The NOC line has been part of that reputation since 2017, and the NOC 2.0 is the shop's latest word on what a compensated, optics-ready carry gun should look like.
Start with the barrel. Agency machines the NOC Island system in-house, and it isn't a bolt-on comp; it's built into the barrel itself, with a single port that vents gas straight up to fight muzzle flip. There's a sight tracker worked into the same piece, so your dot or irons stay visible through recoil instead of disappearing off target. Behind that sits a redesigned slide cut for the Agency Optic System, shipped with an iron plate so you can run it without a red dot until you're ready to add one.
The controls get the same attention. Agency's Gen 5 trigger replaces the stock unit, the magazine release and slide cover plate are house parts, and a full-size Gen 5 magwell funnels reloads home. A tuned 15 lb recoil spring works with the comp to settle the gun faster between shots, which matters more than people think once you're shooting fast. Grip texture is an aggressive, hand-stippled carry pattern rather than a factory mold, and everything metal on the gun, slide, barrel, and comp, wears a DLC or black nitride finish for durability and a uniform dark look.
Three magazines come along, each fitted with an Agency plus five basepad for extra capacity without changing how the gun sits in the hand. If you've shot an original NOC and liked it, the 2.0 keeps that same feel but tightens up the machining and adds the optic compatibility that's basically expected on a serious carry or competition gun today. It's built to be run, not just looked at.
