Description
This Smith & Wesson Model 29 was created to commemorate the Hartford Gun Club 100th Anniversary, marking the years 1884–1984 with a detailed, fully realized presentation.
The revolver features a deep blue finish with fine scroll engraving across the barrel, frame, and cylinder. Gold accents on the frame include a Hartford Gun Club medallion, a raised depiction of the Statue of Liberty, and a “100th Anniversary” banner with the dates 1884–1984.
The smooth ivory-tone grips provide strong visual contrast to the blued steel. One grip panel is decorated with a detailed tree scene that adds a distinctive artistic element to the overall design.
Built on the Model 29 platform, this revolver is chambered in .44 Magnum and fitted with a wide target hammer, wide target trigger, and adjustable sights.
Also included is the original wood presentation case with green felt interior, along with Hartford Gun Club memorabilia and accessories. A plaque inside the case is engraved “Hartford Gun Club 100th Anniversary 1884–1984,” reinforcing the commemorative theme throughout the set.
