Customer is SOLEY responsible for checking with their State and Local laws regarding the purchase, possession, or use of any products in that jurisdiction. The Company will not ship firearms to any state where the purchase, possession, or shipment of such firearm is prohibited under law, or any international location. For all other locations, you must be 21 or older to purchase firearms. All firearm purchases must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”), and such FFL must provide a copy of their license to Company prior to shipment or transfer of any firearm. Any advertisement or offer is void where prohibited by law, and Company will not advertise, offer, and sell firearms in any locale where such are not legal for any reason.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, placement of an order does not constitute the acceptance of any offer to purchase product from Company and Company disclaims any such acceptance. The sole means by which Company contracts to fulfill orders is by shipment of such.
All items will be shipped via common carrier of Company’s choice for a fee.
All sales are considered final; however, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total purchase price. Original shipping, handling, insurance, and any transfer fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for consideration, items must be unused, unfired, and in the exact condition in which they were sold, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer. We strongly encourage customers to inspect the firearm thoroughly at the FFL prior to completing the transfer.
Once a firearm has been transferred to you by your selected FFL and you have taken possession of the item, it is no longer considered new and is deemed used, regardless of whether it has been fired.
If you complete the transfer and take possession of the firearm from your FFL, the sale is final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.
If there are any concerns or discrepancies, you must notify us prior to accepting the transfer, so that we may assist in resolving the issue.
The Order Confirmation, and any transaction relating to or arising out of such, shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, its choice of law provisions notwithstanding. Any dispute pertaining to this Order Confirmation or any matter reasonably related to such shall be brought in the courts of the State of Florida, and Customer irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Customer certifies that all of the following are true: 1) Customer is the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm (Customer is not the actual transferee/buyer if Customer is acquiring the firearm on behalf of another person), 2) Customer does not intend to sell or otherwise dispose of the firearm in furtherance of any felony or other offense punishable by imprisonment for a term of more than one year, a Federal crime of terrorism, or a drug trafficking offense; 3) no federal, state, or local law prohibits me from purchasing, possessing, or having firearms shipped to an
FFL of my choice, or other regulated items; 4) Customer is at least 21 years of age, 5) Customer is not under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any crime for which the judge could imprison Customer for more than one year, or is a current member of the military who has been charged with violation(s) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and whose charge(s) have been referred to a general court-martial, 6) Customer has never been convicted in any court, including a military court, of any felony or crime that was punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, even if Customer received a shorter sentence including probation, 7) Customer is not a fugitive from justice, 8) Customer is not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance, 9) Customer has never been adjudicated as a mental defective or been committed to a mental institution, 10) Customer is not an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States, 11) Customer has not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions, 12) Customer has not renounced their United States citizenship, 13) Customer has not been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence or has ever been a member of the military and been convicted of a crime that included, as an element, the use of force against a person as identified in the instructions, 14) Customer is not subject to a court order, including a Military Protection Order issued by a military judge or magistrate, restraining Customer from harassing, stalking, or threatening Customer’s child or intimate partner or child of such partner, 15) Customer is not an alien who has been admitted to the United States under nonimmigrant visa, or is an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa and falls under one of the exceptions listed in the instructions of the ATF Form 4473, 16) Customer does not intend to sell or dispose of the firearm to any person described in question 21(b)-(1) or to a person described in question 21.m.1 on ATF Form 4473 who does not fall withing a nonimmigrant alien exception, 17) Customer agrees that they will not sell or give the firearm to anyone else.
